Ramada Encore Tangier features one purpose built fully equipped board room for 25 delegates and another standalone soundproof pillar free ball room (300 m2) that can accommodate 270 delegates intheater style and can be flexibly divided into three separate high-tech meeting and conference rooms with a capacity of 90 delegates per room. All the meeting rooms are soundproof, with natural daylight and equipped with standard facilities including LCD projectors, TV’s, advanced A/V system, telephones, free Wi-Fi and wired Internet access, stationary, flip charts and white boards. All the rooms have adjoining comfortable coffee break spaces with direct access to the swimming pool area which can be used for additional outdoor events or breaks.
